We will be arriving at Cesky Krumlov on a Monday. However, we noticed that the guided tour will not be available on Monday. Will the gate be closed? Can we still walk to the "free" view point?

I expect it to be open. Don't forget to go up the hill to the gardens to see the rotating outdoor theatre.
