Brock Purdy continues to improve in one key area
Quarterback Brock Purdy was at the forefront of the action, throwing for 295 yards and three touchdowns while completing nearly 80 percent of his passes. There were a few missed throws, but it felt like another good game from the quarterback after a quality performance against the Cleveland Browns two weeks ago.
Meanwhile, the 49ers are set to get some much-needed reinforcements on run defense, and Ricky Pearsall's status for Week 16 is unclear.
Purdy's longest run came in the third quarter when he picked up 26 yards after scrambling away from pressure in the pocket. At the end of the run he tried a weird move as he seemed to show the ball to Titans linebacker Cody Barton before stepping out of bounds.
Brock Purdy had his best statistical game of the 2025 season as the 49ers improved to 10-4 with their Week 15 win over the Tennessee Titans. Given the opponent, Purdy’s performance shouldn’t have come as much of a surprise, but the San Francisco quarterback was pleased with an improvement he made on previous showings prior to the bye week.
In Week 16, Brock Purdy and the San Francisco 49ers meet the Indianapolis Colts, Monday at 8:15 p.m. ET. He threw for three touchdowns (and 295 yards) in his last game. Game Time: 8:15 p.m.
