The Philadelphia Eagles general manger should be smiling wide after Zack Baun, a relatively unknown pass rusher who signed with Philly on a modest one-year contract this offseason, was named AP First-Team All-Pro as an off-ball linebacker, an honor literally no one could have predicted back in March.

Philadelphia Eagles Pro Bowlers Saquon Barkley and Jalen Carter were named Wednesday to the NFLPA's 3rd annual All-Pro team.

NFL players wanted more say in the postseason award process, and on Wednesday, the NFLPA unveiled the third annual Players All-Pro Team for the 2024 season. Philadelphia had one of the NFL’s best records and was rewarded with two players making the list: Saquon Barkley and Jalen Carter.

Running back Saquon Barkley and interior defensive lineman Jalen Carter earned the nod for the Birds and, quite frankly, you can’t argue with either selection. This was the first time either made this team.
