Rudy Giuliani has been held in contempt of court for the second time in a week, as the former New York mayor and top Trump lawyer’s fall from grace continues because of the false information he spread after the 2020 election.

A federal judge in New York found Giuliani in contempt of court on Monday for failing to comply with orders to turn over information about his assets to two former Georgia election workers.

Rudy Giuliani is expected to appear in a federal courtroom in Washington, D.C. Friday where a judge will weigh a request to hold the former Mayor of New York City in contempt in his defamation case.
