The Obama Presidential Center held a star-studded grand opening ceremony ahead of its opening to the public on Juneteenth.

Former President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama were joined by the three other former presidents and a host of music stars.

The Obama Presidential Center's grand opening ceremony featured a lineup of tributes from his family and closest colleagues, and musical performances by Bruce Springsteen, The Roots and more.

The opening ceremony of the sprawling campus and eight-story museum in Chicago celebrated the country’s first Black president.
