Virgen Viera says her grandson's body was engulfed in flames when his father's car caught fire after the medical jet crash in Northeast Philadelphia on Jan. 31.

A Philadelphia father is calling his son a “superhero” for shielding his younger sister when a medevac jet crashed in a Philadelphia neighborhood, showering flames and debris on homes and the vehicle in which the family was riding.

NTSB investigators found the Learjet 55's cockpit voice recorder Sunday. The agency said it was 8 feet down at the site of initial impact. The death toll is 7, with 22 injured.
