Millions across England and Wales received a wildfire alert on their phones earlier this month, but it partly backfired.
It comes as crews continue to battle multiple blazes in the West Midlands - PM Andy Burnham earlier warned the country is like a "tinderbox".
The alert took many by surprise when it was sent to millions of phones on Friday night - but it may have also put vulnerable people at risk.
