On Thursday at 8:14 p.m. the NWS Wilmington NC issued a flood warning valid from Friday 7 p.m. until Monday 5:40 a.m. for Bladen and Cumberland counties.

An updated flash flood warning was issued by the NWS San Francisco CA on Thursday at 5:18 a.m. in effect until 9:15 a.m. The warning is for San Mateo, Santa Clara and Santa Cruz counties.
