Emily Sonnett – There’s something called Ski Mountaineering that is going to debut in the Winter Olympics which involves climbing up and then skiing down a mountain. It requires grit, endurance, and a versatile skill set to succeed at. Sonnett is something of a quiet workhorse for the USWNT and would thrive at the event.

The LA28 Olympics revealed six new stadiums that will host soccer matches for the Summer Games —with only two in the Golden State. The stadiums are located New York, Columbus, Nashville, St. Louis, San Jose and San Diego.

The 2028 soccer tournament will end in Pasadena. But earlier matches will take place nationwide — including in San Diego and San Jose.
