The New York Knicks had high expectations this year. And while they failed to lift the title, the front office made a stunning move. Shocking the NBA world, the Knicks decided to give the golden handshake to Tom Thibodeau.

The crew over at NBA were tossing around the idea of Mike Brown possibly joining the Knicks, and Marc Spears jumped in with a little inside scoop. He said he actually talked to Brown and warned him, “Man, there’s a lot of pressure with this gig it’s a whole different beast.” But Brown didn’t even flinch. He said, “I love it. I want this.”

The veteran NBA coach and former leader of the Lakers would replace Tom Thibodeau, who was fired last month despite leading the Knicks to the conference finals.
