Tensions erupted at New Orleans City Hall as protesters disrupted a council meeting to oppose heightened Border Patrol and ICE operations across southeast Louisiana. Demonstrators chanting “shut it down” forced council members into recess while New Orleans Police officers moved in to clear the chamber.
WASHINGTON, DC – Federal immigration authorities have arrested a Mexican national in Chicago who has been convicted of child abduction and repeatedly entered the United States illegally, officials said.
While current activities have been attributed to both agencies interchangeably, they differ in a few key ways.
