Cabot resigned from her role at Astronomer on Thursday after the company launched a formal investigation into the scandal.

Kristin Cabot, the chief people officer of Astronomer, has resigned, the company confirmed to CNN Thursday.

“Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability, and recently, that standard was not met,” Astronomer wrote in the announcement.
