Resurrection and brought with him one of the oldest mysteries in the entire Dexter franchise that won't be solved.

Another plot development showed Angel Batista (David Zayas) returning to Miami, only to receive a phone call confirming that the vehicle Dexter had stolen was discovered in New York City.

Dexter: Resurrection returned on Showtime and Paramount this week with its third episode titled, Backseat Driver, and showcased some recognizable characters as Dexter Morgan (played by Michael C. Hall) focused on eliminating the Dark Passenger after infiltrating their residence, reports the Express.

By Resurrection episode 3, it's clear that Batista is suspicious of Dexter and thinks he really is the Bay Harbor Butcher. Angela Bishop (Julia Jones) told him at the end of New Blood, and now Batista is even keeping tabs on where Dexter is going.
