A 72-year-old man was arrested on Friday for shooting and killing a 36-year-old man near Happy Valley, according to the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office.

A suspect for domestic violence who spent hours in a standoff on top of a Portland apartment building surrendered to police on Saturday afternoon, PPB said.
