EAST HARTFORD — East Hartford police arrested a man who they say robbed a Chase Bank branch earlier this month. Brandon Rolax was charged with first-degree threatening with hazard to terrorize, first-degree robbery, third-degree larceny and carrying a dangerous weapon, judicial records show.
