Oblivion Remastered PC players ran into trouble after a surprise update launched today, but Bethesda says a fix is on the way. Players woke up to find that Virtuos’ massive re-release received an unexpected update earlier today.

In 2006, developer Bethesda Game Studios and publisher Bethesda Softworks released The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion on Xbox and PC. As the name suggests, it was the fourth mainline title in The Elder Scrolls series of role-playing games.

The “Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remaster” is already available to play on Steam and Xbox Series X/S.
