Feb 4, 2025 · TALLAHASSEE, Fla.— Florida A&M University (FAMU) has announced Kelley Bolden Bailey, Ph.D., as dean of FAMU Online, effective Feb. 3. FAMU Online is the University’s hub for academic programs delivered through distance learning.

One of the factors to consider in applying to FAMU is the term you identify to enter the university. The standard entry point is the fall semester in late August. However, many freshmen now choose Summer B in June, when there aren't as many students at the university.
