It’s a brewtiful time to celebrate Craft Beer Week! 🍺 We have a Mosaic Hazy Pale Ale that was brewed with Mosaic hops from a specific lot. All the participating breweries were able to pick a few hop varieties from a specific lot that express higher oil content of the stuff we want (like citrus, fruity, tropical) and less of the stuff we typically don’t want (grassy, vegetal, earthy, etc). More about the beer itself, it is a 5.5% abv, hazy pale ale brewed with lot specific Mosaic and Simcoe hops
