Firefighters were dispatched to a house fire on Lambert Circle in Garden Grove at 9:57 a.m. and arrived in just six minutes. The residents were safely outside, but there were reports of animals still inside the home. Firefighters knocked down the fire in just 10 minutes and, during their search, rescued one cat. At 10:42 a.m., just three minutes after being dispatched, firefighters were on scene of a house fire on Stanford Avenue in Garden Grove with flames out the first-floor windows. Firefighters confined the fire to just one room. Two adults had escaped out the second-story window before our arrival with the assistance of neighbors on the lawn below them.
