Firefighters working to extinguish industrial fire in Torrington

POSSIBLE ARSON INVESTIGATION: Torrington police announced a $2,500 reward for information leading to the arrest of anyone responsible for the fire at an abandoned factory site. The fire began just after midnight Sunday but this video of flames and smoke is from yesterday afternoon as crews have remained on scene battling hotspots.
